The Agent
Laurie Carminucci is a licensed Arizona Realtor with the S4 Group at Compass, working out of the Scottsdale office at 4222 N. Marshall Way. She has a background in sales and customer service, and brings that same attention to every buyer and seller she represents.
Originally from the east coast, Laurie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English from Franklin and Marshall College and her Master’s Degree in Teaching from Pace University before building a career centered on service and communication. She is a member of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® (SAAR) and believes clients deserve strong communication, expert care, simplicity and enjoyment throughout the process.
As part of the S4 Group, Laurie also supports full-service relocation solutions, including transitions involving seniors, properties tied to probate, divorce or bankruptcy, and corporate and professional relocations, alongside traditional buying and selling.
Outside of real estate, Laurie spends time with her husband Chris, her three daughters, and their dogs and cats. She volunteers with Kneading Kitties pet rescue and organizations supporting autism awareness.
